The patio and deck are private but are not fully fenced or gated. Dogs should remain leashed or under close supervision while outside.

WALKABLE BEACH CAMP LOCATION

The beach and Seabrook town center are approximately five minutes away on foot. The nearby dog park, playground, trails, parks, bakery, market, shops and restaurants make it easy to enjoy Seabrook without relying on a car.

Guests can also enjoy the Beach Camp community wood-burning fire pit, with complimentary firewood provided.

COMFORTABLE LIVING SPACE

The open-plan living area includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, books and games. A gas fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler coastal days, while air conditioning keeps the cottage comfortable during warmer weather.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

The kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils and the everyday essentials needed for preparing meals. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are provided with starter coffee supplies.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOM

Slack Tide accommodates up to four guests:

• Main-floor bedroom with a queen bed and storage

• Loft sleeping area with two twin beds, accessed by a ladder

• Full bathroom with a shower, fresh towels and starter toiletries

The loft is best suited to older children or guests who are comfortable climbing a ladder.

DOG-FRIENDLY DETAILS

Dogs are genuinely welcome. The cottage provides food and water bowls, waste bags and towels for sandy paws. A flat $50 pet fee applies per stay.
