A full kitchen equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils for home-cooked meals. Includes both Keurig and drip coffee makers with starter pods, ground coffee, and filters. The dining table seats four comfortably.

The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with quality linens and ample storage.
The second sleeping space is a loft accessed by a ladder, furnished with two twin beds. It’s a cozy, fun space ideal for older kids or those comfortable with ladder access.
The full bathroom includes a shower and plush towels.
Outdoor Amenities
The private patio and wrap-around deck offer a quiet, sheltered place to relax, complete with a hot tub, seating area, a gas grill, and an outdoor gas fire pit. This space is nestled against a natural vegetation boundary, providing a beautiful wooded screen and a sense of seclusion. Please note: While the patio is tucked away for privacy, the deck and outdoor areas are not gated or fully fenced; we recommend keeping furry friends on a leash or under close supervision while enjoying the fresh air.
You also have access to the Beach Camp community wood-burning firepit, a great spot for roasting marshmallows or enjoying the neighborhood atmosphere—complimentary firewood included.
Pet Friendly
Dogs are welcome with approval. Water bowls, waste bags, and extra towels are provided. Slack Tide features a private patio and deck with a natural vegetation boundary. Because the outdoor space is not gated, it is perfect for dogs who are happy to lounge by your side or remain on a lead while you enjoy the hot tub and firepit. The walkable neighborhood and nearby green spaces make it easy to travel with pets.
