Pacific Beach itself features a number of unique shops and dining options. Only a mile further south is the coastal town of Seabrook. Visit this delightful location to immerse yourself in a charming community nicknamed the best-kept secret in Washington—offering walking trails, unique boutiques, restaurants, and incredible ocean views. You'll want to stroll the magnificent beach and then enjoy dinner at any one of their local eateries before heading back to relax!
Pacific Beach is ideally situated between the Olympic National Forest and the Pacific Ocean.

The hot tub is professionally maintained; please follow the provided care guidelines. Kindly leave the blue/white chemical floater inside the hot tub at all times to keep the water clean and safe.
Children should be supervised around the fire pit and hot tub.
Dogs are welcome with approval. A $50 pet fee applies per stay.
Please respect quiet hours and local guidelines to help maintain the peaceful setting.
Fast Wi-Fi is suitable for remote work, streaming, and video calls.

September 2026We had an amazing stay here, the seagull house was so beautiful and very clean everything looked brand new. The outdoor area was perfectly set up we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and all though it rained during our stay the adjustable gazebo was a nice touch and saved us from the rain. The house was decorated so cute, the beds and couch were very comfortable (so comfortable we have decided to buy that same couch for our house), it had a very clean luxury hotel feel. The beach access was just a short walk down the street, but you could also drive right up to the beach through that same beach access. Richard was amazing host ! He was very responsive, nice and accommodating, we had A+ experience here all the way around and will be looking forward to making a trip out here, staying at the seagull house again!

The view of the forest behind the house had a very peaceful feeling to it - especially in the morning when the birds were singing. The house was nice and tidy; plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. Would absolutely recommend.

The kids really enjoyed the toys and we all enjoyed the patio and hot tub. We appreciated the coffee supplies as well. Richard was very responsive. Great place to stay!

The backyard was definitely a highlight… the fire pit and hot tub made it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the beds and linens were comfortable. We had such a great stay and would absolutely come back!
