Visit this delightful location to immerse yourself in a charming community nicknamed the best-kept secret in Washington—offering walking trails, unique boutiques, restaurants, and incredible ocean views. You'll want to stroll the magnificent beach and then enjoy dinner at any one of their local eateries before heading back to relax!
Pacific Beach is ideally situated between the Olympic National Forest and the Pacific Ocean.

The hot tub is professionally maintained; please follow the provided care guidelines. Kindly leave the blue/white chemical floater inside the hot tub at all times to keep the water clean and safe.
Children should be supervised around the fire pit and hot tub.
Dogs are welcome with approval. A $50 pet fee applies per stay.
Please respect quiet hours and local guidelines to help maintain the peaceful setting.
Fast Wi-Fi is suitable for remote work, streaming, and video calls.

July 2026Seagull's Beach House was perfect! It felt brand new. Cleanliness is the most important to me, and the house was super clean, orderly, and updated. I was able to relax immediately! The layout was just right for our group of 6. We had everything we needed. The beach is just a short walk from the house, but might be challenging when walking up the steep hill on your return! We chose to drive to Moclips and drive on the beach all the way back to the access by the house, the second time around! Seabrook was only a 5 minute drive away, and was very nice to visit. Thank you Richard, for a wonderful time at Seagull's Beach House!

The backyard was beautiful and we greatly appreciated the additional gates that could be closed for the dog and infant. Great location - quick and easy walk to the beach and short drive into Seabrook!
