While you’ll enjoy a sense of quiet seclusion on your private patio, you are only a mile away from the vibrant town of Seabrook, known for its charming boutiques, bakeries, and dining. Whether you’re staying local to explore the unique shops of Pacific Beach or using the cottage as a basecamp for day trips to Olympic National Park and Lake Quinault, you’ll find this area offers the perfect balance of coastal adventure and tranquil relaxation.
Getting around
At Seagulls, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy the coast exactly how you want. One of our favorite features is being located directly on the beach access road—a 5-minute walk puts your toes in the sand, or you can take advantage of one of the few areas where driving on the beach is permitted for easy tailgating or hauling gear.
While the cottage offers private off-street parking for up to three vehicles, most of your local exploring can be done on foot. A quick walk or bike ride takes you to the local shops and eateries of Pacific Beach, while a scenic 1-mile trip south brings you to the heart of Seabrook. For those looking to explore further, you are an ideal basecamp for day trips into Olympic National Park, with Lake Quinault and the lush Hoh Rain Forest just a drive away.

Pacific Beach itself features a number of unique shops and dining options. Only a mile further south is the coastal town of Seabrook. Visit this delightful location to immerse yourself in a charming community nicknamed the best-kept secret in Washington—offering walking trails, unique boutiques, restaurants, and incredible ocean views. You'll want to stroll the magnificent beach and then enjoy dinner at any one of their local eateries before heading back to relax!

The hot tub is professionally maintained; please follow the provided care guidelines. Kindly leave the blue/white chemical floater inside the hot tub at all times to keep the water clean and safe.
Children should be supervised around the fire pit and hot tub.
Dogs are welcome with approval. A $50 pet fee applies per stay.
Please respect quiet hours and local guidelines to help maintain the peaceful setting.
Fast Wi-Fi is suitable for remote work, streaming, and video calls.

We loved our stay at Seagulls. The house was, clean, organized and had plenty to offer. We stayed there as a family of four, with a 9 year old boy and 11 year old girl. All of the ammenities were operational and didnt require for us to do much except start them up. They had plenty of activities and games to occupy our children while at the residence. The backyard was a beautiful place to hangout and the beaches were within easy walking distance. Seabrooke was only 5 minutes down the road and has a lot to offer, if you want to have a nice dinner or walk there beaches, which were also very nice. The house is well located and we would stay therw agin in a heartbeat if we ever found ourselves in the area again. Highly recommend!!

The house was absolutely beautiful. It was a birthday getaway with several friends and our two dogs. The host was very accommodating and welcoming. We loved the hammock and the hot tub. Loved the extra space of grass for the dogs to do their business. The beds were comfortable, and we slept great! The house was very clean and that is a win in our book!!

We stayed at Richard’s place for only a short stay but it was fantastic! Clean as described and right next to the beach. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that also needs to travel with a furry friend! Will definitely stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay! The home was super comfortable and private w details throughout for a wonderful stay. The dog enjoyed the yard and the beach and we were very relaxed on your comfy couch and huge tv screen!

We had an amazing stay here, the seagull house was so beautiful and very clean everything looked brand new. The outdoor area was perfectly set up we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and all though it rained during our stay the adjustable gazebo was a nice touch and saved us from the rain. The house was decorated so cute, the beds and couch were very comfortable (so comfortable we have decided to buy that same couch for our house), it had a very clean luxury hotel feel. The beach access was just a short walk down the street, but you could also drive right up to the beach through that same beach access. Richard was amazing host ! He was very responsive, nice and accommodating, we had A+ experience here all the way around and will be looking forward to making a trip out here, staying at the seagull house again!
