Take the dog down to Mocrocks for a morning on the sand, come back for lunch, then head out again for sunset. The nearby Analyde Gap beach approach is handy when you’re bringing chairs, a cooler, or clamming gear. Seabrook is a short drive away for coffee, shops, and dinner.
Back at the house, let the dog stretch its legs in the dog run while you settle into a hammock. Switch on the gas firepit for s’mores, soak in your private hot tub and listen to the ocean, or head inside and warm up by the gas fireplace.

Choose Seagulls if your group wants more room to spread out. Have dinner on the fenced patio, stretch out in the hammock, or gather around the gas firepit while the dog has its own run. Inside, there’s a gas fireplace, a downstairs king bedroom, an upstairs queen suite, and a twin loft.
